Andy is a former Workers’ Compensation Judge for the State of Missouri, and the first person in Southwest Missouri to ever transition from serving as a workers’ compensation judge to representing injured workers.

Andy’s experience as a judge means that his clients gain the best possible ally for their legal needs – with big results. Andy specializes in representing injured workers in Missouri Workers’ Compensation cases. He is not afraid to try cases and has a long and successful track record of real results for real folks.

In addition to representing injured workers, Andy also has a business law and estate planning practice. He represents most of the area economic development committees, including the Neosho Chamber of Commerce, Neosho Area Business and Industrial Foundation, Inc., and Neosho Land Development, Inc. Andy is the ultimate Show-Me lawyer. He was born and raised in Neosho, Missouri. He received degrees from Crowder College in Neosho, MO and Drury University in Springfield, MO. Andy returned to Neosho to practice law after receiving his degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Andy is well-known and highly regarded for his commitment to the local Southwest Missouri community.

Andy has served as Chairman of the Crowder College Board of Trustees since 2009 as well as served as the Municipal Judge for Neosho. In addition, he has served as the City Attorney for both Seneca and Loma Linda. Andy has served on numerous educational and civic-related committees. Andy lives in Neosho with his wife, Kim Wood, and their two dogs, Toot and Wiz. Andy and Kim have three daughters, Carly, Victoria, and Elizabeth.
